Learning Objectives: • OSHA regulations and procedures regarding industrial hygiene • Hearing and respiratory protection • Exposure limits and hazard communication • Permissible exposure limits • Strategies to control hazards in the workplace Required Materials: OSHA's 29 CFR 1910 General Industry Standard (1900-1910.999 and 1910.1000 to end). (Georgia Tech offers the CFR for purchase on the web or at check-in. Availability not guaranteerd unless pre-purchased). Participants must present photo identification upon course check-in and onsite registration.
