Learning Objectives: • Supply chain management and domains • How to research a potential employer using the 5Ws and operations order (OPORD) • The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) • Common types of supply chain transformation projects and methodologies for success • How to manage a supply chain selection project • Project assessment, risk management, evaluation, and performance • Key elements of transportation • Legal and ethical considerations for vendor selection Required Materials: A laptop with Windows-based software (PCs are preferred). If you do not have a laptop, one may be provided for the duration of the course pending availability.
