Learning Objectives: • Change management tools and techniques • Project management tools and techniques • How to deploy and sustain improvements Required Materials: Time in Service: Students participating in the course must have a minimum of four-years of honorable service at the time of their separation from the military (waiver available following interview with instructor) Employer Selection: If student elects to participate in an internship, he/she must meet employer pre-screening criteria and be selected for the internship by the employer Students will need a laptop with windows-based software (MACs are not preferred); if a student does not have a laptop, one may be provided for the duration of the course pending availability.
