Learning Objectives: • How to develop your organization’s audit program • How to assess auditor competency and qualifications for better team outcomes • Interview skills • How to write airtight audit nonconformities that are easily understood by anyone • How to conduct opening and closing meetings • How to write audit reports and present results • Requirements of the registrar Required Materials: Recommended Prerequisite: QUAL 1106P ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quailty Auditing Required Prerequisite: Executive Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 (QUAL 1207P) - This online pre-course must be completed, with a score of 70% or higher, prior to the first day of the course. Required Materials: A laptop that can connect to campus wi-fi. Individuals with government-issued laptops may need to work with their IT department so files can be accessed during the course. Technical Requirements: • A digital check-out copy of the standard ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems – Requirements will be provided for use with the pre-course and during the course. • Course notebook • Check-out copies of the ISO 19011:2018 standard will be provided during the course. Learners may also purchase the standard (to keep) from the ANSI webstore or the ASQ website. Purchase of the standard is not a requirement. |
