Learning Objectives: • Quality management fundamentals and concepts • How to audit quality management systems • How to audit clauses 4-10 • How to manage an audit • Audit planning and preparation • How to conduct the audit • How to report audit outcomes Required Materials: Attendees with international addresses must obtain a copy of the standard ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems – Requirements with Guidance For Use to be used with the pre-course and during the course. By contractual agreement, the standard cannot be shipped outside the U.S. The standard may be purchased through the American National Standards Inst. (ANSI) (www.ansi.org) and/or American Society for Quality (ASQ) (www.asq.org). Students are required to bring their own laptop because the tests examinations are web based. Technical Requirements: A digital checkout copy of the ISO 14001:2015 standard will be provided to you use with the pre-course and during the course. Student notebook |
