Learning Objectives: Broaden your knowledge of the extension services profession and best practices. Acquire practical skills on current business applications, methodologies and techniques used to provide extension services. Learn to identify an organization’s opportunities to better manage the energy aspects of its products, activities and services. Recognize an organization’s opportunities to meet the requirements for ISO 50001 and similar energy management systems. Understand what enables and restricts innovation in a small and medium size (SME) company. Visit a SME in Georgia and observe how some of the previous methodologies are applied and how our Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership helps companies improve productivity and competitiveness.
