Learning Objectives: Weapon systems functionality; Advanced electronic attack techniques; Radar system and missile system advances; Data links and integrated electronic warfare systems; Advanced electronic warfare receiver processor systems; Radar cross-section prediction, measurement, and reduction techniques; Introduction to Ground EW. Required Materials: This course is classified. Attendance is restricted to US citizens with the appropriate security clearance and need-to-know. All contractors wishing to attend our Need-To-Know Classified Course must have a US Government sponsor’s/contracting officer’s signature. Research Security will ONLY process Need-To-Know Certification and Clearance Form with the appropriate signature. There will be no exemptions to this policy. Eligibility questions should be directed to 404-407-6661. Attendees must fax the Need-to-Know Form to 404-407-9395. Electronic devices, including but not limited to laptops, calculators, Fitbit and Garmins, are not permitted in the classroom. Limited storage compartments may be available in some locations. Technical Requirements: Participants receive two books of presentation materials, a complete list of course-related acronyms, a reference bibliography, and a course related classified paper from the Journal of Defense Research. |
