Learning Objectives: Mastery of EW System Software: Gain a robust understanding of receivers, processors, and Mission Data Files (MDF). Understanding of RWR: Acquire key insights into Radar Warning Receivers, including fundamentals of software and mission data. Understanding of EO/IR Basics: Essential concepts like wavelengths, radiation, and countermeasures for Electro-Optical/Infrared systems. Development of Countermeasure MDF: Skillful creation of mission data files for flares, chaff, and countermeasure dispensing systems. Integration of EW Suites: Understanding of how various components and data busses work in tandem to create a cohesive EW Suite. Navigation of EW Testing: Overview of testing protocols during the mission data file generation process. Required Materials: Recommended: Basic RF Electromagnetic Warfare Concepts Technical Requirements: Laptop |
