Learning Objectives: Coherent radar fundamentals for MTI, PD, CW, SAR, and PAR systems; Continuous wave radar theory and unique CW system error sources; Environment error sources such as propagation and clutter; Component hardware error sources from transmitters, receivers, and exciters; Phased array antenna performance considerations for sub-systems, systems, and phase noise. Required Materials: Technical Requirements: Lecture handouts and CD-ROM of all presentations. |
