Learning Objectives: Enhance negotiation preparation skills and strengthen ability to gain internal stakeholder support; Explore and deep dive on key contract terms which most likely will influence negotiation positions of both parties like indemnification, limits of liabilities, consequential damages, insurance, termination, etc; Gain understanding of negotiation philosophies and styles to spark collaboration or combat abrasive people.
