Learning Objectives: Terminology and unit; Propagation laws and approximations; Problems in propagation; Sources of optical radiation Introduction to material properties; Problems in sources and materials; Radiometric calibration configurations; Problem-solving strategies, random and systematic errors, and analysis of a complex radiometric problem and design of its solution. Required Materials: Technical Requirements: Copy of course notes & slides to each participant. The program fee includes tuition, notebook, instructional materials, parking. |
