Learning Objectives: Produce improvisational speech acts - “speak on the spot” Integrate full body movement with verbal language to make communication more easily understood Improve clarity of communication using a full range of musicality Self-negotiate discomfort and uncertainty when speaking Apply coping strategies when managing communication breakdowns Express enthusiasm and confidence while leading and following others Self-reflect mentally, emotionally, and physically to understand personal responses to communication encounters Analyze each situation and apply appropriate communication choices Assimilate ideas and create short “performative” speech acts Identify affirmative outcomes in speech acts Required Materials: N/A Technical Requirements: N/A |
