Complex supply-chain transformation requires managing resources from many different departments. The supply-chain project manager must ensure internal and external stakeholder alignment, mitigate large amounts of risk, and implement communication, risk mitigation, and change management plans to ensure a successful project. Successful project management in complex supply-chain environments requires the application of well-planned integrated approaches, which you will learn in this course. You will gain an integrated view of supply-chain transformation that incorporates elements of change management, test plan development, project management techniques, and establishing effective project management teams.
