DEF 4542P - The Science of Soldering |
The electronics industry has relied on soldering concepts
and approaches for more than 60 years. However, they
no longer meet the reliability and efficiency requirements
of modern electronics manufacturing. The consequences
include needless defects, failures, warranty claims, and
high levels of non-value-added labor. This course teaches
critical lessons about chemistry, metallurgy, physics, and
mechanics through comprehensive videos, experiments,
demonstrations, discussions, workbook exercises, and
process problem troubleshooting.
