This interdisciplinary course will use a
variety of approaches to study significant aspects
of contemporary Africa’s societies, cultures,
and representations. Taught in English.
FALL 2024 focus will be on current issues,
development, and relations with international partners
across the African continent, with attention
to the very diverse African sub-regions (North, West, East,
Central, South, Indian Ocean islands). Counts for the French
major and minors in French and African Studies. NO
